Error code 10006 Help

Hello everyone, recently after the latest update I kept receiving this error.

Recourse corrupted
Local recourse might be corrupted. Please restart the game.
Error code 10006

I am playing on the PS5. Does anyone know the reason for this? I even uninstalled the game and re downloaded it yet the error still comes back

Enmson I play on PS5 too and I get this error a lot especially in winter cabin, but it’s been like that ever since I started playing. Keeps saying resource corrupted. I have to restart my game, then it lets me jump back in. Says something like “would you like to continue your previous game”.

I honestly think this is only a PS5 issue and that this doesn’t occur on other platforms.

Cirno I'm glad I'm not the only one, but in my case it only started happening after the recent update. I have been playing for 2 months and it never happened before.

Enmson The game usually has a few bugs when a major update releases. They usually shortly release another update for bug fixes. Hopefully your situation gets fixed.

For me the errors started, after claiming the twitch drop party animals skin. for my wife and some friends too. unless there was an update at that exact time, I would assume it has something to do with that drop skin

I also have PS5 and nothing seems to work to fix it... (I also uninstalled the game, delete cache, reinstall, reboot... ) I have been playing since it was released for ps5, and this error have been worse and worse after the last two updates sincerely... today in 1 hour occurs me like at least 10 times. If you close game and start again, you can play again what you were playing, but if, as me, play with my boyfriend in the same ps5, both controllers do the same, so is IMPOSIBLE to play together...

Barbie I haven’t encountered it today. It only happens sometimes, and when it happens, it crashes a few more times after you restart the game. I find that it mostly happens in winter cabin, but it still happens sometimes in local.

For now, it hasn’t been an issue. Thanks.
