I’ve noticed this for a long time.
Yes, they’re humans, but instead of giving an actual reason, they just send you the same automated message.
Do you know why? So you won’t feel that they didn’t even read your message.
But the truth is that when they reply with “Thank you for playing our game,” it’s basically like throwing your issue in the trash.
Finally, someone noticed that and woke up from the illusion.
The illusion is that they’re “helping you” solve a problem, while in reality they’re just trying to keep players from leaving.
Instead of losing players, they send you a polite message like “Thank you, we’ve read your message” just to make you stay and not quit the game.
Because if players leave and realize there’s no real attention or support, the game will lose its community
