Jogo não abre no Xbox após a atualização da erro 10020

O jogo só da erro após a atualização no Xbox só aparece erro 10020 já fizemos todo o passo a passo para tentar resolver e nada. Espero que mantenham as skins por mais tempo e estendam o temporada da pesca pois estava na metade e já perdi dois dias de jogo.
