shop/xbox issue

I know Xbox is having issues, but you brought out skins that will be only available for 2days and so many hours, will Xbox be updated before then, my daughter wants those skins but yet can't get them as her shop is not showing them up, I only know cause I play on Steam and they pop them up on mine

HabaBaba I don't think it's that they don't care. I think something's happened at either recreate or Microsoft that's stopping the update from getting to Xbox. Maybe Microsoft hasn't approved the update, maybe they found a game breaking bug only on Xbox. Either way, there's a reason the update hasn't come yet, and all we can do is pray it's a good one.

Cartrimino they could at least inform us better and earlier. Also give us an estimated date and tell us if we gonna miss out on a chance of getting some skins.

HabaBaba That's the problem with faceless studios. They don't tell us stuff they don't think we need to know, they handle stuff that affects us behind the scenes, and don't often acknowledge stuff until someone else brings it up. If an event just so happens to fall exactly on a time in which an entire chunk of players can't play, so be it, they should have had a back up plan.

I think recreate could do a lot better.

For example, I know its a much bigger studio but Battlefield 6 had issues running through the EA app after the game launched. They couldn't play at all. Battlefield devs then released XP boost bonuses to those affected players. Plus, they made several posts and made it well know that they were communicating with the community.

Recreate has copied and pasted the same response everywhere. What I see in this forum and replies to their discord its verbatim the same words used. It's lazy, lacking any soul, and just unjustified. However, I bet you theyre communicating with their China socials though, but thats just speculation.

Its most definitely an xbox issue with recreate being liable in the sense they are a relatively small studio with so much manpower. The "Barbie" mod on here already mentioned it is an xbox issue. "The Xbox platform is still in the process of rolling out version 13.2.0. Our team is currently in contact with Microsoft to resolve the issue." Which I've seen in other games before as well. I blame microsoft, not the small studio definitely intent on keeping its player base.
It would be nice if updates on here relected that sentiment but microsoft often delays crucial updates that would otherwise allow us to play with other platforms. xbox has fallen from any grace previously held.

Draga that won't exactly help unless you've been progressing with both steam and Xbox simultaneously because there is no cross progression for some reason.
