I have been waiting for a proper response for months, yet every reply I receive is the same generic message: “Thank you for playing Party Animals.” I already know that, but I have a serious question.
Do you really care about your Arabic-speaking players, or do you simply ignore them? It feels like Arabic players are being treated unfairly, even though many of us support and play your game regularly.
I reported a problem almost three months ago, and every time I’m told to “be patient,” yet nothing changes — no fix, no update, and no proper communication in your forums.
You have three fair solutions:
Fix the ping/bank issue and add Arabic language support, since many Arabs play your game.
Offer a refund to my account because the issue has not been resolved after several months.
Add a Middle East server to improve the experience for players in this region.
If none of these solutions are accepted, I will continue to send messages and raise this issue publicly, because ignoring it and refusing to support Arabic players is unfair and misleading. We deserve the same respect and support as every other community.
