is there any way to transfer Account data?

Hello. if you're reading this I need your help.
So Let me explain.
I have Two steam accounts. One is mine and one is my older one. They are connected trough family link. (so both have the game) The older one are the one I need to transport. So, its 16 levels. have some legendary skins and yadda yadda yadda (I don't really remember because I didn't join game a long time) and I have my newer fully blank account. Is there any way I can transfer my data to the other steam acc? so every skin and other things will be on my new account? (it will be so awful if I lose that twitch skin). So please help me solve this problem.
