The microtransactions are there for if you want to speed up the process, but are not necessary to complete the event. The game gives you plenty of egg coins for the event if you collect enough XP. It does not force you to buy Nemo Bucks. Besides, it was the exact same thing for the children's day event last year that they also bought back this year, and only now are you complaining? Just because you are impatient does not mean the game 'overloads you with microtransactions.' Hell, they are there for those who are impatient and do not want to work hard for a reward. Remember, good things come to those who wait.
