Localization in games is very important, especially when it comes to chat features. I have played games where the text chat was fully localized into Arabic, while other texts remained untranslated, even though localizing all texts is essential for a complete experience. Many players don’t have a microphone, and some have one but prefer not to use their voice, so text chat becomes their primary way of communication.
If the Middle East server is not added to the game, we have overlooked that. The game wasn’t translated into Arabic, and we accepted that. But today, even the chat texts, which are one of the most important communication tools, haven’t been properly localized. How long will this neglect continue? While other countries receive full attention, we, as Arabic-speaking players, do not get the minimum level of support
