haunted eggs

I recently have been grinding achievements to get enough Nemo bucks to try and get a few haunted egg outfits the event said it would happen at 10 and witch it did but it did not tell me there would be a separate machine to buy the other outfits and I ended up buying regular surprise eggs because I thought the haunted eggs where there is there anyway to get my Nemo bucks back and buy the haunted eggs?

I'll answer that for you. Yes, you did. This means you can't get your Nemo Bucks back because you got something from the surprise egg. It's your own fault that you spent your Nemo Bucks on the wrong machine.
Also, if you had actually looked at the news article, you would see that the green and damaged machine in the article was clearly different to the bright red and pristine machine for the surprise eggs. You are a victim of your own lack of attention and patience. Next time, try to be more observant before throwing your money away.

I know it is my fault but I didn’t see the event because my game didn’t update I thought it would be within the place where u can but surprise eggs then it gave me a notification that there was an update.

aimzx4 I encountered the same thing last night. It said it was going to start at 9 so I stayed up since I was going to hop off the game and go to bed at 8:55. I ended up resetting my game a bunch and looked at the suprise egg dispenser. But prior events have shown its a different machine and the machine itself looked much different. Maybe you had the same thought but tried it anyway knowing it might not work. I agree with Cartrimino, this is sort of a Grey area where I think due dillegence will be your saviour and unfortunately not the PA team.

ToastySTENCH I don’t mind to much anyways it was just the Nemo bucks I got from trophy’s and not real money and I got some fairly good stuff thanks for answering my question

aimzx4 No worries. Sorry for the harsh reality. Just in my near 30 years on this planet I can't see them doing that. Practice extreme caution and be on the safe side! As you said though, not like you had a big loss. Hopefully you're not too short on Nemo bucks for all the haunted eggs your heart desires.
