So the remote in Nemo Kart. I'm not really sure how it works but I assume from experience that it allows another player to temporarily take control of you. If it just distorted your controls, that would be fine by me, but this item has ruined so many games for me that I hate it with a burning passion. Once you get hit with it once, you may as well quit because there is no way to get above 5th place after that, believe me I've tried. It's actually just horrible to deal with and I would like to either reduce the time a player can control you or just distort your controls.
