Only answering as there's no other answer and I'm curious too. But my mind said CD Keys.

Used to redeem certain specific items and 13 exclusive skins in the game.

Who? No one is scamming people here, don't blame people for things they didn't do. It may seem like a scam to you, but not to me. So you can just ignore it because it's not doing any harm. And they just helped me get around 20 new skins under 10$ .
