Is there a bug with voice communication??

when I enter the game room, my voice chat does not work correctly, all the people using my microphone speak intermittently. This has never happened before. in order for me to fix this, I have to switch the voice channel from on to different ones, and only then do I start to hear everyone well. What could be the problem?
