To go to the help center, you must go to the drop menu within this website. You'll see the options are Media, Support, Forum, Twitch Drops. It's how you get to the forum from the main party animals website. However in this case you'll want to go to Support. Once you're in Support, open the drop menu once again and right above Forum but under the Support banner you'll see "create a ticket" click that and you'll be able to make a proper report.
