Skilled based match-making?

I don't know if there is any skilled based match making, but its been a huge problem with playing with random players because I always get the people with the usernames Player824884, and its very annoying cause either they don't try or are just horrible so maybe it would be nice if there was any skilled based match making so I could be fighting people that are as skilled as me.

UnseenMind Cause they make quick match kind seem like is competitive and I want players that will actually help instead of people being afk the whole round and I also can even leave without being banned so it would be nice if I could at least enjoy that game playing with someone with the skills like me.
